Worten seller requirements

To start selling on Worten, merchants must meet specific legal, operational, and technical conditions:

1. Legally Registered Business

You must be a VAT-registered business operating within the EU. Worten primarily works with professional retailers.

2. Approved Worten Seller Account

You need to apply for a seller account via Worten’s merchant registration form. Approval is subject to review by their onboarding team.

3. Product Feed Compatibility

Your catalog must be provided in a structured format, including:

  • Product title

  • Product description

  • Images (high resolution, white background)

  • Price (incl. VAT)

  • Stock quantity

  • Delivery time and shipping cost

  • EAN/GTIN/MPN codes

  • Category and brand

4. Order & Inventory Sync Capability

You must be able to sync order and inventory data in real time. Koongo supports this via API for platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, and others.

5. Localized Content
