To get proper Rakuten Advertising categories for your products you need to map your store categories to Google categories.
Please contact your Implementation Specialist to review your Google formatted product feed file. If you have already launched your program, please contact the Support Team usadvsupport@rakuten.com so they may review the file format and contents. Files can be provided using SFTP, HTTP or HTTPS.
