ManoMano seller requirements

To become a seller on ManoMano, you must meet specific professional and operational standards:

  • Registered Business in the DIY Sector
You must be a legally registered company with a product catalog relevant to ManoMano’s core categories: DIY, tools, home improvement, and garden.  
  • EU-Based Fulfillment
All products must be shipped from a European warehouse. ManoMano does not allow drop shipping from outside the EU.  
  • Customer Service Capability
You are required to provide responsive customer service, including support in local language(s), order management, and after-sales assistance.  
  • VAT Registration
You must hold a valid VAT number for EU cross-border compliance.  
  • Product Feed Submission
You must provide a complete and structured product feed, which can be easily created and managed with Koongo. Feeds must be updated regularly to reflect current inventory, prices, and availability.  
  • Performance Standards
