General instructions

Instructions below are intended for Koongo as a Service (KaaS) users only. If you are a Connector for Magento or Connector for Magento 2 please skip the first part of those instructions and follow only the Smartbuy integration manual.

• First, you need to log in My Koongo. If you don't have yet an account with Koongo sign up for 30 days free trial. Here you can check the KaaS pricing for supported shopping platforms.
• Navigate to Stores → Add store. Here you can find supported shopping platforms instalation manuals.
• Follow the Smartbuy integration manual below.

Smartbuy integration manual

The Smartbuy feed is used to upload product data to Smartbuy channel.

Mandatory setup steps

1. Open an account with Smartbuy channel

Sign up for an account on Smartbuy and check if your business is qualified for selling/advertising on the Smartbuy channel.

2. Set your Smartbuy feed up

Start the Smartbuy channel integraton by adding the feed to your profile grid.

3. Set the Smartbuy connection up

You need to contact Smartbuy support team. Go to the Feed preview, copy the feed URL link and send it to Smartbuy support team for validation.

Optional setup steps

1. Advanced filtering option

You can apply attribute or category filters to export selected products.

2. Advanced product data adjustment

You can adjust your product data globally - e.g. increase price by 20%, merge attributes, etc.

3. Map your store categories (if supported for the channel)

To get proper Smartbuy categories for your products you need to map your store categories to Smartbuy categories.
