Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, no credit card required. During the trial you get full access to the features included in the plan you selected, so you can test the exact capabilities you need before committing. After 7 days you choose to continue on a paid plan or switch to the free plan. You are never charged automatically.
The free plan is permanent, not a trial. It gives you access to Koongo's core features with a limited number of stores, items, feeds, and channels. There is no time limit and no credit card required to stay on it. It is a practical starting point for stores that are just getting started with multichannel selling and want to explore the platform before scaling.
The three paid plans differ primarily in the number of stores, product items, feeds, marketplaces, orders, and ad listings you can manage. Starter is designed for smaller stores selling on a limited number of channels. Pro adds higher item limits, more feeds and marketplaces, and faster sync frequency, making it the most popular choice for growing stores. Ultimate is built for high-volume sellers managing large catalogs across many channels simultaneously. All plans include access to both the Feed Manager and Marketplace Manager.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Koongo plan at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term contracts or lock-in periods. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the change takes effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at the start of the next billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
No. All prices shown on the Koongo pricing page are excluding VAT. The applicable VAT rate depends on your country of registration and will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your subscription.
If your volume exceeds the limits of the Ultimate plan, Koongo offers custom enterprise pricing. You can request a quotation directly from the pricing page by providing details about your number of products, stores, and order volume. The team will respond with a tailored plan that fits your specific requirements.
