Real Integration

Real.de submission manual

For Real channel integration, the 2 separate feeds are needed:

• Product feed - uploads the product data from your store to the Real.de database.
• Offers feed - updates the stock and price information on a regular basis.

For Real.de channel integration, please follow the steps below.

1. Register on Real.de

Open an account with Real.de channel

• Sign up for an account on Real.de

2. Connect your Offer feed

• Add the Offer feed to your Koongo profile grid.
• Koongo Quick Start Guide
• Copy the Offer feed URL link.
• Feed URL link
• And paste the Offer feed URL link into your Real.de account. Set the feed download frequency up.

4. Connect your Product feed

• Add the Real Product feed to your Koongo profile grid.
• Koongo Quick Start Guide
• To get proper Real categories for your products you need to map your store categories to Real.de categories.
• Category Mapping manual
• Copy the Product feed URL link.
• Feed URL link
• And paste the Product feed URL link into your Real.de account. Set the feed download frequency up.
